Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Friday and from 07:00 until 18:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 until 12:00. On Sundays and public holidays, the reception is only occupied as needed.If check-in is between 18:00 and 22:00, you will find your room key card in an envelope with check-in information, which is deposited at the reception.Guests arriving after 22:00 or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays can pick up their keys from the property's key box (on the right next to the entrance) which can be accessed with a code. This needs to be requested between Monday till Friday from 7.00 until 17:00. Please contact the property for further instructions via e-mail or phone.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Very comfortable and beautiful accommodation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Special praise goes to Ms. Višnja, whose warmth and professionalism made the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying here. 😊😊

Location is great in terms of view aspects - you have the view of large Linz part like on the palm of your hands. Whole hotel rooms was clean and tidy. Personell on the front desk was great - friendly, polite, helpful and supportive. Parking lots was enough for our car.

Excellent location for people who enjoy being close to the nature (a fantastic forest, with nice walking alleys and mushrooms just near the hotel). Quiet environment, from my window I was seeing trees and grass, and ahead, at the horizon, the city. From the hotel you can walk down about 12-15 minutes to the tram station that brings you to the city center, and there is also a bus that brings you to the tram station. When walking back, though, if you take the shortcuts you need to climb quite a lot of stairs - not suitable with luggage. Taking the normal street though is nice, and it's a good exercise :). I felt very secure in the area. My room was quite big, with all necessary facilities. Breakfast served as early as 6.30 in the morning, a good one, with plenty of choices.

Despite it doesn’t seem to be a normal hotel but it has most of the features. it’s clean almost spotless. free parking for those drive. and you get to see the awesome night view towards city from the car park itself!
