Lovely authentic property. The location is amazing and from the roof top terrace the views were fabulous. The owner is so welcoming and friendly with great knowledge and advice for your stay. Would definitely return when next visiting Lindos.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 10-minute walk from all the beautiful beaches in Lindos. The rooms and the overall facilities were very clean and well-maintained. But what really made my stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available with great recommendations and advice. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Nice stay right in the heart of Lindos, very close to Lindos Beach. Very good price for the area, so you can overlook that it’s not that pretentious looking. The host is warm and wonderful. He offered us some beer and cold water on arrival. There is a mini market nearby and lots of places to eat.

The Property is more a pension certainly not a Villa ,Good points are the location which is right in the old quarter, five minutes walk to the beach,shops, Historic sights Public Bus transport is close up the hill ,hop on hop off where ever you wish to go.And regular buses run all along the coast at a very reasonable price. There are a good range of eateries close to the accommodation, Also a top terrace with nice views. Host was pleasant but unfortunately was not available until after 10 .30 am . Rooms are more Backpacker, Hostel ,Pension type, small old and in need of a revamp,Tiles etc not the best, The aircon is set to 22 degrees and was so inconvenient it did not cool the room.enough for some time due to the heat wave outside,and was very noisy .The outside shower toilet area was very basic ,good if you like a camp like feel, Apart from the name outside the door this is no villa ,and possibly needs a name more suited to its current state, Fridges were yellow tvs were old ,rooms small no pool, old beds,.old paint old tiles, Basic at best.

Best location in Lindos. Emmanuel is so friendly person. I recommend everyone else especially for solo travellers as me :)

Imagine a 16th century room tucked away in a beautiful white Greek old town and you will not be disappointed. Make your mind up before you arrive that character is what is most important and not accommodations and you will love it.

Emmanouel and his wife are extremely welcoming people and made our stay really memorable. The villa is located at the centre of Lindos, with an amazing terrace overlooking the coast. I would definitely go back again and recommend this accomodation for other travellers.

While the facilities are not a corporate 5 star hotel quality, it more than makes up for it in charm and authenticity. Emmanouel was the perfect host, full of ideas on what to see in Lindos and the island of Rhodes. He texted us before the stay and gave us directions to a free parking space near the hotel. He was like our friendly Greek Grandad for the duration of our 2 days there!
