This hotel is set on the island of Lindau, on Lake Constance, just a 2-minute walk from Lindau Harbour and Lindau Train Station. Insel-Hotel-Lindau features a sun terrace and a library, as well as WiFi access for a fee.

Arrived late but the instructions to get my key and where to park my car were very easy to follow. The breakfast was continental but plenty to eat. The facilities were good and the location was in the centre of the old part of the town The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it

Within walking distance of the train station, conveniently located in the centre of town, pedestrian only street. Restaurants only steps away, close to attractions and lake, all walking distance. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Nice sized room, small bathroom, both very clean. Our room had a view of a small garden.

Never had such a clean and nice bathroom. The water pressure was amazing and the rest of the room was also super clean. Staff was super nice, but could have kept a few sarcastic comments to them self. However, if you don't mind talking back, everything is fine.

Location: The hotel is on the island with its old town. Staff: The staff were helpful and chatted with us via Whatsapp, which was useful as we arrived after the reception had closed (6pm). We got a code for the key box. Breakfast: The breakfast area was well lit and offered a good choice of food and drink. From the front of the hotel we could watch the annual children's parade, which happened to take place when we were there.

Excellent location in the end of pedestrian strip and still very quiet. Clean modern room. Small but nice bathroom. Lift to upper floors. Plentiful breakfast. Secure bicycle storage.

Good mid budget hotel central to town and on main shopping street close to station. Otherwise offered the usual standard you expect in German hotels. We got a top floor room with view across to Alps which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.
