When we checked in at reception the female member of staff was very grumpy..we had not done or said anything to her..but this is unusual for Foss hotel staff..we usually find them very friendly and helpful…so not a good start. We then got to our room it was a good size with Mountain View’s..but we also had a horrid view of a large white roof..which was not good. In our bedroom we had a breakfast bar..which seemed very strange as our room was not a self catering room.. The shower was in a different room to the toilet and washbasin.. when we had a shower we had to dry ourselves in the bedroom as the shower room floor was all wet..not so good when you are sharing a twin room with your grown up son.. The toilet room was really small..we kept on bumping into the sink..very badly designed. The breakfast at this hotel was really good.
