Super easy collection. I was sent a phone number for the hosts and messaged on the day of arrival to arrange collection of the keys. Response was quick with easy instructions to collect the keys

The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen . Lovely to have an open fire . It was an ideal base to explore the lake district.
