One of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in! Exceptional staff members sooo incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming and friendly! They went above and beyond to try make my quick work related 1 night stay as smooth and comfortable as possible for me. I checked in really late due to sudden heavy work on the motorway so got stuck and they just were so understanding and stayed awake for me! Breakfast was deliciousss and eventho I booked Very last min they went out and bought my requested veg sausages for the morning! Place was clean, quiet and just what you want for a stay, very good value for money, definitely will be staying here again!!

Paul n his wife was very friendly ...could not do enough fr us put extra blankets on the bed as i was cold. Breakfast was lovely ...smashing couple to chat to,not forgetting little Gabby.

The property is close to the city, just behind home bargains. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were nice, we were greeted by a lovely man. We had plenty of tea and coffee in the room and nice comfy beds.

Very nice single room, although not with much in the way of power outlets. Does very well for a short stay at short notice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very peacable nights sleep.
