Great location near to both culture and shops on steep hill. Views great and the room was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay.

Lovely room above the cafe. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchenette makes it feel like a rather nice room rental more than a hotel. Everything was spotless, the bed comfortable. Very pleased with it.

Plenty of natural light so didn’t have to rely on artificial lights whilst in the room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, the room was well equipped and we found we didn’t want for anything during our stay.

Amazing location, right in the centre of Lincoln's Cathedral District. Charming rooms above the cafe. Clean and well equipped - including a little kitchen with a hob and microwave. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. I would wholeheartedly recommend if you were having a short stay in Lincoln.

Great room with an excellent ensuite - shower was lovely. Parking nearby was not too far but it is quite steep so take it easy! Cafe onsite was great for a breakfast bap at 10.00am (when it opens) and the coffee available in room was very welcome. Facilities in room which included a kitchenette were really useful if staying for longer than one night. Staff in the cafe were helpful and there were gluten free options for my husband.

The rooms are excellent and are very comfortable and are extremely lavish. Everything you need is on offer for your stay. The location was great, right in the middle of everything.
