Great welcome pack with Christmas goodies! Nicely presented, warm accomodation including a Christmas tree. Felt like home from home. The location is perfect for exploring the Cathedral Quarter. Parking closer than it looks on the map due to small walkway leading to the accommodation. Costs £9.80/day at the machine, unless you buy weekly vouchers from Council Web Site for £45. Do this in advance as you can not buy on the day. Convienient location to visit the Usher Gallery, Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Steep Hill, etc. Belton House Christmas Lights a must if you are there a the right time of year. Also Woodside Wildlife Park well worth a visit.

We loved the location and it had everything in it that it needed. Super cosy and very comfortable. Owners were very accommodating too and provided some gorgeous vegan scones and milk on arrival. It was very clean and is a perfect place to stay in Lincoln.

The studio apartment is in the middle of historic Lincoln a stones throw way from the castle and the cathedral, you can see the castle wall from the apartment. Loved the layout and it is well presented throughout lovely bathroom and very well equipped kitchen with all you could need for a short break. Studio is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. Nice touch fresh Scones, clotted cream and preserve waiting for you when we arrived.

Really well placed, modern apartment. Comfortable and with everything you'd need. Nice touch of complimentary scones and milk, so we had a nice pick me up when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Immaculate cosy and in the perfect location. Like a little home away from home. Stocked with all you need for a few days away and in the heart of some lovely tea shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back.
