The room sizes were excellent for 6 adults and 1 child. The host provided everything we needed plus a welcome basket of local food which was a really nice touch. One of the best things about the house was the location which is walking distance from all of the main attractions in Lincoln.

Everything, the location was great. The welcome pack was lovely very thoughtful, every thing you need is there. shower gel in bathrooms and cleaning items. Beds very comfy. garden gets sun till late afternoon.
