Very cost effective. Very good breakfest, good location, everything worked out fine. There was a very sweet lady taking care of breakfast.

All the staff were very helpful and polite. Enjoyed the breakfast and would recommend the waffle made by Chris “the waffle lady.” Incredible location with the White Mountains nearby and the charming towns of Lincoln and Woodstock.

Comfortable beds, clean if old-fashioned bathroom with good shower, easy parking with convenient access, pleasant fuss-free breakfast buffet. Close to Franconia Notch state park,

I remembered the DIY breakfast waffles from a trip many years ago. What a treat! However, the best thing about this hotel is its excellent location in the White Mountains. I drove to the Franconia Ridge trailhead car park in a few minutes, for a superb walk. There is an excellent pizza and pasta restaurant almost opposite (don't be put off by the fierce lady who runs it) and there are other restaurants just a short drive away.

The location was excellent for our trip. The hotel was a bit dated, but the room was large and comfortable, the staff and breakfast attendant were very friendly, and the breakfast was okay. Check-in and check-out were easy. Air conditioning worked well, WIFI was fast. All rooms had front and rear entrances with in-room parking. Great value for money.
