Heading into Town • Located in the west end of Lincoln, it offers a fantastic location to Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle (the City Center), Museum of Lincolnshire Life and the vibrant Brayford Waterfront with the Lincoln university, Engine Shed, restaurants and bars. • Brayford House Carholme Road is just 15 minutes walk from Lincoln’s historic center, Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Rail Station, and the Lincoln University campus is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The room was beautifully decorated with tasteful touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it feel so homely. The Christmas decorations around the property added a lovely festive charm. Everything I needed was provided, and the hosts were exceptionally accommodating to my requests, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. I had no issues at all and can’t wait to book this place again when I return to Lincoln. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Self check-in, easy to find with very convenient location. Being 5 minutes from the harbour area made navigating to/from the town very easy too. Room was well equipped and clean. Little bit noisy from the road, but I'm a light sleeper and slept fine. I found the firm bed very comfy. Nice pressure shower.
