Our room was as pictured. Ocean front with a great view. We chose Pelican Shores over a couple other places where we have stayed before because we wanted the two comfy chairs inside (in case of bad weather and for the evening) and outdoor seating (ours was the patio level) for good weather. Beach access is very convenient via a short flight of stairs. Our room was clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker with coffee packet and creamer are in the room. I liked that there were ceramic coffee/teacups and real glasses rather than paper or Styrofoam. We had everything we needed. Mainly, we wanted the indoor and outdoor chairs, the view, and the beach access. The price is typical for this area.

We loved the view, the fireplace and the access to the beach. We appreciated the breakfast. The kichenette was well stocked. Maid service was excellent.
