This is a family run business on the shore of Orchid Lake in Albania. And I would say that this is the biggest selling point of this location. B&B is run by Rosa and her family, and you can feel it. It is not a typical hotel, but a place with a soul. Everything there is done the way, one would expect it from small family stay. Rosa is a great host. Very attentive and make sure that every single guest feels welcome and looked after from the moment of arriving until the moment they left. Perfect example is that when we had a problem with finding a parking place, Rosa came to us, to show where to go. We have been shown room and all amenities and also explained everything about property. So friendly and so relaxing. And, as already said, is the biggest selling point of this place. Not a location, not facilities, but Rosa, who makes it all work. Property: Rosa B&B is located in a small village of Lin on the Orchid lake shore. This is a family home, which has been adapted to accommodate tourists. View from the property on the lake is stunning and relaxing. There is enough sitting pace at the small “pier”, where you can see and enjoy tranquillity and piece of the surroundings. Property is also easy to access by car from main road. Parking is offered close to the site or in the nearby church (€2 per night). What one needs to bear in mind is, that Rosa B&B is not a hotel, but privately owned house. If you do not accept this, it is better to look for something else. Room: Room was rather basic, but more than sufficient. We had a bad and private bathroom with shower and balcony with lake view. There was no air conditioning, but as it was not hot outside, this was not a problem, even a benefit. Wi-FI was OK and there was a TV which did not have a good reception, but still nothing to loose sleep over. Hence, this was more than adequate pace to rest. Food: We did not have a breakfast there, however decided to have a dinner. We ordered local fish.

Rosa‘s B&B is wonderful place to relax and calm down. It‘s very clean, calm and the rooms are decorated authentically and with lots of love. The view is spectacular and unpayable! We booked the suite in the upper floor which offers a huge terrasse with lake view. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast and a delicious dinner every evening at the B&B. You really have to try the Koman fish fesh from the Orchid Lake! Lin is a perfect place for hiking, canoing or simply pure relaxation. The people in the village are heartwarming and very hospitable. We will definitely come back to Rosa‘s place and her lovely family <3

Rosa is extremely friendly and can’t help you enough. She has built her B&B up over time to be a uniquely Albanian experience in the beautiful village of Lin. We stayed for 3 nights having Rosa’s home cooked meals which were very tasty. The rooms are comfortable and functional and the staff friendly and attentive. One small criticism was the beds are a little hard for us older travellers.

Rosa is the best host we have had on this trip to Albania. Always smiling and pleasant. The location is excellent right on the water of Lake Ohrid.

Wonderful owner and wonderful location at the lake. Very cosy to sit in the yard and nice breakfast. Parking space is also available.

A lovely location. Rosa and her family were the perfect hosts. We had both breakfast and dinner at the accommodation. Parking close by. We were really made to feel at home, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great place with very friendly host. Very nice terrace to have a coffee, dinner or a beer. Breakfast and dinner were great!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway and more. Rosa is very welcoming and takes care of everything making you feel like you are at home, typical of Albanian hospitality.
