Clean and comfortable. Slept really well (overslept in fact). The restaurant was excellent. I had fish and chips, which, as an Englishman I found to be superb. The parking was secure and reasonably priced.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and recommend it. Good location, huge quiet room, comfy bed, friendly staff, a good breakfast and secure parking. We did not eat in the restaurant as we had booked elsewhere.

Modern and spacious with a good restaurant. Only about 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, 30 minutes from the Station.

Restaurant attached to the hotel is really good, breakfast on a morning serves a good continental. Staff working at the hotel and the restaurant very nice and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble to help. Room and the daily room cleaning was very good. It is a about a 5 to 10 min walk from the centre of things but don’t let that put you off as it is a nice start to the day and river is same sort of distance in down the hill as oppose to the town which is up. Handy supermarket about 2 to 5 min walk as well.
