The hotel is in a good location for a short stay in Limerick city with car park right behind it which offers a 24 hour deal. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was fine although it would be good to turn off heat if required

The staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The water was hot and I liked the kettle in my room since I’m a tea drinker and it’s just more practical. Taking the stairs was a good alternative to the one working elevator and it’s normally empty too so less traffic.

We were able to use a disabled parking space at the back of the hotel. Maintenance work was going on so couldn’t take advantage of McGettigan’s, which also made reception area less welcoming. But hotels have to do maintenance and refurbs it just happened to clash with our visit.

Spacious room, kind personnel, especially Iva and Diana at the reception, and the maintenance man. The car park garage is next door. We didn't have breakfast so we cannot judge.
