The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a brilliant range for Breakfast and so tasty.

We booked a Superior King room for our 4 night stay. It was a large room, with a comfortable bed, settee and small table and a balcony with a small table with 2 chairs. The hotel has a car park which is covered and gated. We had breakfast on two mornings and opted for the freshly cooked options. We ate in the restaurant as a couple on one night and with some friends on two nights. All of the food was excellent and the service was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect too with a short walk to visit the castle or to go into the city centre with it's shops, bars and restaurants and other sightseeing venues. Only 25 minute walk to/from Thomond Park for Munster Rugby.

The breakfast on both days was very good with good variety on offer. We had a very good lunch on Sunday before leaving. We chose the Beef Bourguignon. It was well cooked and presented. Would recommend this hotel’s restaurant. The service was good and staff very friendly. The spacious bedroom was most comfortable and well equipped . We slept well. The staff on reception were always nice and friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay at The Absolute.
