Great Location. Andreas and his dad are super gentle, available and helpful. Room was very clean and kitchenette fully equipped.

In the kitchen was everything what is needed. Heating was available in the sitting room as well as in the bedrooms. We spent nights in comfort. Easy to pick up the key and to leave when departing. Shops around where you can buy whatever you need. Owner adviced places with tasty meals and cheaper shops to buy things and which shop is working 24/7. Very kind and helpfull. Would advice this property to stay. Very convenient location. Short and long term stay provider.

Nice quiet area close to the bus stop. Everything you need was in the room. Helpful and friendly hosts. Nice view from the balcony. Very clean

The apartment we booked had everything we needed . It’s located in the centre with super market and bus stop exactly outside of the apartment . Andreas is the most pleasant and friendly person we ever met . He gave us the most friendly welcome with big smile and explaining everything about the room . Also , my mother broke the door because it was difficult for her to open it and Andreas fixed it without saying anything about additional charge . He was excellent . The only thing i would recommend is put an air condition to the living room and not just the bedroom cause we couldn’t stay and cook or watch a movie because it was very cold at night . But in general , a value for money choice and a person that is going to be next to you as much times as you need him during your stay !

Was perfect. The owner and his son are super friendly, the apartment had everything I needed. The location was great, not far from a bus stop to get direct to old port Limassol, close to a beach and lots of little coffee shops and mini markets around.

I got an appartement in the back, which was quiet. It is basic but has everything you need. It has 2 balconies facing gardens. Location (once you found it!) is good : near bus stops, practical for people who are depending on public transport. Access to the beach (100m) through the back. Restaurants and mini markets in the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. Andreas was very friendly and helpful. He accepted early check in as well . (The apartment was already prepared for us). First he sent me the pictures and directions, how to reach the apartment and after our stay he showed me where the bus stop for the other city was. The property was really close to the beach. My family and I have stayed there for two days and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and other family members.
