The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Rooms were large with comfy beds plus bathrooms were well appointed & had large baths which are rare in newer hotels. Rooms were quiet with no disturbance from other guests. Just one block from Larcomar & beach 10 mins walk so perfect location !

The bedroom is as big as it looks in the photos, as is the bathroom, which has a huge spa bath. There are facilities such as a table, minibar, cupboards, etc. The bed is on the soft side (my taste) and there are pillow options. The room is clean and doesn't bother allergy sufferers like me. The location is very good - a bit far from the center of Miraflores - main square (about 1km), but very close to the beach and Larcomar shopping mall. Breakfast is exceptional and the hotel has a great restaurant. The staff serves very well, with highlights for the attendant Carla and the waitress Emma.

I arrived very early in the morning and could check-in. Fantastic breakfast, the room very big and nice. The plus is the restaurant that offers very good dishes.

After travelling around the Andes staying in cheaper more basic places, it was great to have my last night in this hotel, very relaxing and the breakfast was amazing

The young lady at reception spoke excellent English and offered to help complications regarding our bus bookings. We really appreciated her help. Great rooms, very quiet. Good breakfast and coffee. Good location.
