Nice comfortable hotel in Miraflores, less than 10 minutes walk from Larco Mar. Reception helpful, including putting our bags in Left Luggage, and arranging a taxi to take us to the airport

Everything. Clean, super shower, bed very comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything. They arrange your tour and pick up at the hotel. The restaurant of the hotel is also very good.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Many selections and certainly wide and varied. The hotel is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but shockingly a very short 7 minute walk to where all of the action is in the Miraflores town square where you will witness a bustling city centre with moden buildings and clean environment. There are many restaurants around and lots of shopping options available in close proximity. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and nice. Maria especially was absolutely lovely. Even though Peru is a spanish speaking country, I still found the staff at Mercure understood and spoke English very well.

The place is very good. near tod restaurants, bars, shops and everywhere. Markets to buy, flat neiborhood, near to the sea and the Mall. easy to take a cab/taxi/uber. Quiet place. Nice staff and facilties.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, are exceptionally helpful, interested and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
