Note that The Executive Suite and The Standard Suite are situated in the third floor and that there is no lift. Also, both rooms shared one bathroom.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

The apartment was just as per the photos. It was spacious for one person and it was so convenient having a kitchen and especially the washing machine / dryer. The neighbourhood was very nice / affluent and felt completely safe. Jose was a brilliant host, he did anything he could to help - he even changed some of my large Peruvian notes into the small change that’s actually used on the streets. He also took me to see the oldest olive tree in the nearby park, with his sweet little dog.

Jose is a very kind host. He showed me how to work the washing machine, and pointed out the free sculpture museum in the park. It’s a very convenient and safe location.

Excellent value for money in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Lima. Close to the supermarket and next to a lovely park. José was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Washer and dryer in the studio was also a big plus.

Jose was a great host, always supportive and attentive. The appartment is in a perfect spot in lima: close to the main turistic points but in a very calm area, with a very nice park just in the corner.
