Children aged 4–11 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding with 1 or 2 adults. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (VAT), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents must be presented in order to be eligible for the exemption. Failure to do so will result in guests being charged the stated additional fee.Foreign business travellers who request a printed invoice must also pay this additional fee of 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. It is a hotel for mixed purposes like business, tourists and groups. It has all facilities and in good working condition. The staff is really amazing, so polite and helpful, in all areas like the restaurant which is pretty good, reception and there are always two concierge at the door to help you.

Comfortable, cosy, clean, good breakfast and above all - super friendly staff! Been super helpful in sorting out the mess with our delayed luggage. And Brian from the lounge bar deserves a huge pay rise 😁 Very sweet, helpful and considerate, been very well looked after a long flight into the country. Thanks a lot!

The hotel is nicely located and clean. Breakfast was also quite good, though with little day-to-day variety. The welcome drink was a nice touch.

Everything you’d expect of a luxury hotel. My room was upgraded on check in although they didn’t actually tell me this. Welcome drink in arrival is a nice touch. Very spacious room with comfortable bed. Great choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff in reception the lobby the bar and the restaurant. Location is a little out of the way but it’s in a nice safe area of a potentially dangerous city. Fir the price I paid it was great value for a luxury stay

A nice mid-range hotel in Lima City. Although a small distance to Barrance and Mira Flores, the more popular tourist areas, I liked this neighborhood. It was fairly quiet, had many restaurants and bars within walking distance, nice coffee shops and stores. And it was a much better value than hotels in Mira Flores and Barranca. It had a nice cafe, great staff to check you in, and the bell service guys were great. It reminds me a lot of a mid-priced tourist hotel in Europe, good sized rooms, a nice bar with coffee and clean and relatively modern.

this was such great value for money. we needed a place to stay for the last night of our trip after a busy 2 weeks before heading to the airport the following day. was perfect. great facilities. the staff were very helpful and accommodating- particularly at check in, at the door (security, doormen etc) and also by the spa. the guy kept it very clean and was welcoming
