The fine print
Guests above 5 years of age can stay in existing beds for an additional fee of USD $35.00 per night.Please note everyone, including adults and children, must present a valid passport or document upon check-in.Please note that as a security measure, guests willing to pay with credit card must do so in person and the card must belong to the holder or one of the accompanying guests. If the owner of the card is not present, payment must be conducted in cash.
If any charges related to guarantees were previously done to a card not belonging to the guests, these will be annulled and will have to be paid in cash.Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Reservations with at least 1 national citizen will also incur the additional 18% fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The service by all the staff, especially: Hector, Ikar and Yassar (but all staff were excellent). These individuals made me feel very welcome and helped me with any item that I required assistance with. They also made me a birthday card and left me a delicious dessert, recognizing my special day. Due to how I was treated, I felt that the Arawi Miraflores Prime was my home away from home. I will miss everyone and now have new friends. Hector, Ikar and Yassar went above and beyond to make me feel far more than just a guest! Furthermore, if I did have a business, I would hire them. They possess all the qualities that a business requires to be successful! They are a very valuable asset to the Arawi! I would certainly recommend this property because of the staff, the location and the cost of the room.

The location of this hotel could not have been better. Situated in the heart of Miraflores so just a short walk to everything you could want to see. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern, perfect for our 6 night stay.

We arrived late and the reception was ready for us and concierge took our bags to the room during check in. The room was HUGE and beds so comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.
