The rooms were beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and meticulously maintained. The frequent change of linen and towels created a refreshing “first-day” feeling every time I returned, which was truly appreciated. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, even during power outages, thanks to the backup generator that ensured connectivity and lighting at all times—a great touch that added to my convenience and comfort The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. Special mention goes to Hope, Anderson, and Chimwemwe, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness made a significant impact on my stay. There were no language barriers, and as a foreigner, I embraced the opportunity to learn about the Malawian way of life. Despite cultural differences, I felt a genuine connection and appreciated the kindness extended to me.
