Most of the staff were very friendly, some a little unflexible (there was a water issue in the municipality and one of the staff members would not let me take a water jug up with me to the room with clean water).

Loved this place. So homely, cosy and warm. Breakfast and evening meals were plentiful with good choices. Staff really friendly. Room was spacious and cosy (twin double) Underground parking was great with access straight in to the hotel (it was -12 and snowing) Great location to town centre and also transport links.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was centrally located to shops and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. And breakfast was amazing!

The hotel offered a very good breakfast and included supper as well. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, and informative. Parking was behind the hotel and was free. The location was perfect, right beside the pedestrian only shopping area and close to the Olympic ski jump.

Location, ambience, the staff, the food, almost everything. The hallways had nostalgic pictures with well described history. Overall quite a cozy place.

We have a wonderful stay, everything is perfect including the buffet dinner.. free coffee , tea and cakes offered in the afternoon.
