We arrived early Friday morning 21/03/25, the receptionist was lovely so helpful, what a great start to our trip. Our room was clean, comfortable with a view out to the front. We would definitely recommend this hotel, location superb and will stay here next time.

Tha location was excellent close to the centre, but at the same time quiet and secluded. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived a little early hoping to just store our luggage somewhere but the receptionist said our room was ready anyway and let us check in early! Was very nice special room, we had the suite and it had a large bedroom and large sitting room area. Location was perfect, close walking proximity of everything you need

The staff were amazing, Switched rooms next day same type but so much better. The location is fantastic. Liked the free water bottle refill stations on each floor and the access to portable chargers in reception.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice. The room was large and was quiet. The hotel is centrally located and is a close to the Grand Place. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Vieux Lille and is a short walk to the two main railway stations. This was my fourth visit to the hotel, so can recommend it as a very good place to stay in Lille.

Very close to city centre, nice view from the window (balcony), comfortable mattresses. Very nice lady at the reception, nice staff in general.

Room was spacious - however it was a room for disabled (which we did not need but we did need a walk in shower) upgraded for free. Weirdly, the wardrobe was in the huge bathroom!! Sadly the bathroom door was creaky and did not close well...however, we would stay again. Location is perfect.
