Efficient and friendly staff. Room was small but really good standard of decor, furnishings and very clean. Price was excellent. Close to both rail stations. Would use again.

Location was great, everything was within waking distance (within 5-15 minutes).. price was reasonable considering the location. Tucked away from the noise but not difficult to find. Rooms were spacious, somewhat comfortable, clean and had plenty of lighting. Breakfast was also satisfactory (it was included in the room tariff).

Overall a comfortable stay. Good room and bathroom size. Great location and everything is walkable. Couldn't hear any noise from outside. Good lighting in the rooms.

Made a last-minute booking as a matter of urgency since I was stuck in Lille for the night (spent the day in Paris then missed my train so booked a new one to Lille to be followed by a carpool home from Lille, which was then cancelled) - the man at reception greeted me at 11pm and was very helpful explaining how the lights work (you have to put your keycard in a slot) and lending me a charger for my phone. The (single) bed was very comfortable, there was a small desk and TV, as well as a reading light above the bed. The bathroom was very clean and in fact nicer than my bathroom at home. Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you. Paid: €85,50 on booking.com + €1,76 local tax on arrival

Good budget hotel. The bed was comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and it was a great central location. The shower was clearly very new and was really nice!

What I liked about the property is the staff were friendly and welcoming, they were fluent in English and the room had what I needed. Breakfast was fine for me as I’m not a picky eater

The location was great, we came to Lille by train and could walk to the Hotel. We were able to go everything we planned by walking. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The reception was open 24/7.
