Rooms are clean and modern. Bathroom is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we got a great room after asking for it at the reception. Location is ok-ish. Close to main rail stations (15 minutes by foot). Area is rather office/business, so no cafes, restaurant or epiceries. 30 minutes by foot to the Grand Place and old town.

Lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk to the centre, room was lovely, breakfast was 10/10 - Lovely eggs, bacon and such delicious bread! Lots of choice, Fresh loose leaf tea, best breakfast we’ve ever had!! Staff were very accommodating, nice area to sit and have a drink in the evening, the pizza and charcuterie board we had was amazing, it made our stay at the ibis so much better, Thankyou!!

The location was good as the was located in the city centre. The room was big enough for two people. I made a request for a double room with two separated beds and we were given our choice.

Close proximity to station and rooms clean and comfortable. We were also offered several adaptors for our devices which was very thoughtful as many outlets in the hotels on our trip were not compatible with our electronics.

Everything in the room was clean and well arranged. The staff were friendly and readily assisted with all our inquiries. The breakfast was fresh and everything was tasty. We loved it that we could eat breakfast from 7:30-10 o'clock. Worth the money for it, good coffee, plenty of food variety available.

The hotel is located near the university and is within easy walking distance of central attractions. We found the hotel to be good value, clean and well maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We enjoyed staying with our young child and our dog, and found the 3 person bedroom spacious enough for all of us.
