Pretty standard rooms with comfy bed, hot shower, decent sized sink and mirror for getting ready. Staff were polite and it has a good space downstairs in the lobby and restaurant area for just relaxing with friends and drinks.

Great location for getting to the shops, train station and Eurostar. Within walking distance to most places. Stayed in twin room, had enough space for one hand luggage opened on the floor, then could store it under the bed to keep it out of the way. Staff were pleasant and gave me extra towel with no issues. It was a good value hotel with basic facilities.

Easy to walk from Eurostar Metro restaurants and shopping centre all nearby Hotel fine for price staff mostly nice the young cleaning lady we had was lovely even though she didn’t speak English but we managed to communicate fine over cleaning of room which was not necessary for our short stay just grabbed clean towels toilet rolls when required Only had breakfast but no complaints food lovely quality good and enough variety for us breakfast area well attended and staff were very efficient in their work
