Easy to find from both train stations, a very nice person at the desk, I was given a kettle and a heater upon request, the staff are very helpful

Greeted with a smile, and happily let us practice our poor French until it became too technical. We Loved the central location and vicinity to shops and restaurants (but also, our reason for visit; the Xmas market!) We loved Classic French spiral staircase and art decor furnishings- door handles, windows and woodwork as it added to the holiday feeling! ( There was a lift for those on the top floor...) For me, Hotel room sizes are judged on if I can do a yoga session- it was a squeeze but do able. Perfect for a single working person or couple, like us!

Location is fabulous, Lille is a great city for mooching about, eating, drinking and shopping and this hotel is right in the centre, meaning you can walk anywhere.

Location decent, although expect the smells of urine a lot from the Cathedral walls opposite. Suffers from the problem that a lot of places in France do (poor soundproofing). However, on the scale of decent to poor, it is probably somewhere in the middle from a noise perspective.

Service was impeccable, friendly and helpful. A 5 minute walk from Gare de Lille Flandres it places you in the heart of the delightful city of Lille. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, close to everything interesting and also restaurants and cafes. Staff were very helpful. We parked our bikes in an inner courtyard. The views from the 6th floor over rooftops was great. 5th would be good too. And maybe lower. The room was lovely with large (opening windows). It was very quiet. The sun came in all morning during our stay (early Oct).
