When checking in the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean spacious and comfortable and very quiet even though we had a tram stop outside we could not hear it. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of pastries available and also including scrambled eggs and bacon which were perfect. We had safe parking for our vehicle which is always appreciated.

Nice staff really kind , good position above all if you travel by car, 15 min walking from the center and the hotel is ok clean calm and breakfast ok.

The staff wete friendly as wete the gursts. Only isdue was that the location whikst only 12 mins from the Lille Station was in the wrong side of the station. As a consequence it was a good 20 plus minutes walk to the Old Lille Town centre. The nicer part of Lille.

When booking I wasn’t aware breakfast was included so it was a pleasant surprise and a nice breakfast. The rooms were lovely and staff friendly.

Stunning decoration and Art Deco touches. Bed comfortable and very nice room. Great shower. Easy access to central Lille via Tram which stopped just outside hotel.
