Lovely little hotel very close to where everything was happening, but still quiet. Room was lovely and big as well as the big bathroom ans separate toilet.

Small, cozy hotel in the centre of Lille. The staff were all extremely kind and competent. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was 24/7 reception, room service, a breakfast buffet out of this world and the staff is very eager to help and get you anything you want. Very nice touch: the minibar was free. The mattrass and pillow case were excellent, and the hotel is calm. There are 6 floors but you don't hear anything when you're in your room. Everything was in walking distance, the grand place, the Christmas market, cathedral etc.. It's situated in a good part of town with a garage. 18 euros/day wich is reasonable given the price on the streets and you have the safety of a closed garage. All in all we'll certainly come back here.

The staff were so helpful and gave the children gifts when we arrived and also on our beds when we got home from visiting the Christmas market! Nothing was too much trouble. The staff made our visit very special and we will be back!

Liked the central location, style of the building and matching room decor, the bar area was friendly and welcoming (loved the chacouterie platter), the lady on the desk when we arrived was very helpful.
