A beautiful place in a stunning setting with breathtaking surroundings. The spa and wellness area is very impressive, and I would especially highlight the massage — the relaxation massage was truly rejuvenating. The food, including breakfast and dinner, was flawless, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The area offers many hiking opportunities, and you can walk along the lakeshore or even run. It's a perfect place for those looking for rest, relaxation, and a bit of peace and quiet.

my girlfriend and her family have been walking past this hotel for a life time never going in even for a drink but I decided to get them in last year for a drink and look around the hotel it was marvellous I must say but we didn't stay there but this time because it was my girlfriends birthday we did for two nights and it didn't disappoint we loved the spa and good priced massage with very good well trained staff who know there job. the hotel food which includes main evening meal and breakfast makes it cheaper than other lower grade hotels basically this hotel is a must 5 star in every way certainly made my thoughts and wishes come true well done hotel

This is an iconic hotel, an architectural pearl on a site of great natural beauty that provides great gastronomy, hiking routes, a beautiful park with waterfalls and a spa. It can be a perfekt honeymoon location but it is perfect for a few quiet days in the forest as well. We loved it!

A unique place, lovingly produced. A perfect, creative wonder. Ideal restoration. The atmosphere is vibrant. A perfect, romantic place. Scenic surrounding, fresh air welcomes the hotel visitor. Comfortable bedroom with a view. Wide selection of options for a splendid time. The wellness spa is vast. Serenity envelopes the guests who wish to relax. Decorative, cosy dining area and bar with a terrace. Enjoyable dining experience. Kind, hospitable staff. Warm, nourishing meals. The orange, ginger hot chocolate is a true teaser. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

The Palota building is stunning both in and out. In winter the surroundings are not as amazing, but the Christmas decorations - thankfully they were still there on 6th of January - do balance things out a bit. Taking the LÁEV from Miskolc is worth it as you get to see the hotel from afar and appreciate the beauty of the scenery. In winter time, travelling to Garadna is not that exciting, I would recommend getting off right at Lillafüred. After the sundown, make sure to take a stroll down the cascade gardens, and after the dinner check the inner garden right outside the restaurant - it looks beautiful in winter time too. The staff at the reception, wellness, and the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were really good, as well as the local wines selection.
