Excellent location, 100 m away from the center (main commercial area / restaurants/bars). and 200 m from the beach. There is also a big InterSpar next to it. Car parking is located 300 m away but it is a covered parking which is great in the summer. Air conditioning worked well (it was essential). Breakfast is ok, same all days but fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and hepful.

Good and clean rooms for a good price in the heart of Lignano, 5 min from the sea front. Lovely attentive staff. Bikes for free. There was also a good choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Dog friendly hotel, very sweet. Never heard any dog bark. It’s a quiet hotel. Rooms get properly cleaned every day, which is great because you would end up with sand everywhere otherwise. It’s a very relaxed, clean and honest place- what you see is what you get. For us who stayed on the beach all day this was more than enough. Not luxury, no frills however a great simple choice for a beach holiday.
