Great location, good kitchen, the views, extremely comfortable beds and linen, the practicality of a washing machine and a drying rack, ample coffee supply, toaster and water kettle extremely useful.

You can't ask for a better location in terms of being close to train station (50m of tarsealed road so very handy for suitcases on roller wheels getting off the train), maybe 200m from pier for the ferry, two cheap pizza places, bakery and mini-supermarket within 2-300m, lovely view of the lake from master bedroom balcony, stark but clean facilities. Owner/manager was responsive on whatsapp.

We enjoyed everything. The house is very well situated, next to the railway station amd to the lake, the view was amazing. The room was very clean and we had a good communication with Antonio.

Location is great. one stop before Varenna. So nice and quiet location. Fantastic Pizza shop and convenience stores.
