Please note that there are 3 parkings within 200 metres from the property: Parking ""Cité"" and ""St-Denis"" cost EUR 14 for 24 hours. Parking ""St-Lambert"" cost EUR 20 for 24 hours. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please note that a 50% extra charge will apply if guests do not comply with the maximum occupancy.
