Excellent breakfast, overlooking the beach. There was a swimming pool. Staff were very friendly. Smart Hotel. The location for us was excellent, and sea front with a balcony with a sea view. Plenty of storage in the room too.

Well, the people in this place are phenomenal. Very welcoming and nice. Especially the main reception man, who plays different roles and has success in them. Big clean room, nice water pressure, no sounds from the neighbors, delicious food in a restaurant.

Excellent location exactly on the beach. The hotel is pet friendly our two dogs loved it! There is parking option as well,which is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and you can have it on a beautiful terrace! The staff is super nice we had a great time, highly reccomend it!

I recently returned from my week-long vacation in Jesolo. Niagara turned out to be a very comfortable hotel. I stayed in a single room with a balcony on the 4th floor of the main building. It was a room with light walls and a large bed, probably recently it was renovated - the furniture is new. The cleaning, changing of towels and neatness of the bed was done every day - very nice. The breakfast was quite simple, but everything needed was there. I was surprised by the very sparse availability of vegetables - chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika were packed into little plastic boxes, which I found only on the third day of my stay. Surely it would have been convenient to put them on a large plate? There is a cozy bar-restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, where you can have a refreshing cocktail. If you have questions about traveling in the region, the receptionist at the front desk can tell you how to get to the right place more easily. (Ciao Aurora! ) The hotel staff speaks excellent German and English. To Venice (San Marco) I suggest taking the ferry from Punta Sabbioni. (Round trip ticket costs 20 euros - It may be expensive, but it's worth it. ). Jesolo’s bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. Grazie mille per il vostro lavoro! The hotel is at first line and rooms have full or partial sea view. Rooms are bigger than the expected for the region and there is a private parking. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
