Really good location, 2 minutes away from the seaside and 4 minutes away from the bus stop. Very friendly and helpfull stuff, when one of us was sick, they served us breakfast in the room, huge portions. The hotel restaurant is open all year around, we checked in at the end of october and it was one of the few restaurants still open, so it must be popular among the locals too.Welcoming warm atmosphere, good service, we had delicious pizza made in an traditional italian oven, fresh fish and sea food, pork an chicken.

Our second time at Hotel Neps. I said it before, it is an absolute gem. Close to the beach and shops and a great base for visiting Venice or other lovely places (we did a coach tour to Verona and Lake Garda) on this trip. The staff are lovely, the rooms although compact are perfect for our needs (and kept spotless with daily housekeeping) and the food for breakfast and evening meals in their restaurant is really wonderful. Thoroughly enjoy our stays here.

The overall experience was fantastic, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The restaurant at Hotel Neps offers delicious food, with the pizzas being a standout—crispy, flavorful, and simply outstanding. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from Eleonora at the reception. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail added a special touch to our experience. Eleonora went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and her warm personality made a lasting impression on us.

We loved this Place. Room was clean and perfect for the vacation. The restaurant, the staff, breakfast were brilliant. Everybody was supportive, smiling and showed us the message that we are very welcomed. The small gifts to the children also a nice gesture. If back in Jesolo, no question around the hotel.

Absolutely great breakfast. Great position few meters from the sea and from the city centre with a lot of shops. Really kind people on reception. Bathroom was Ook and air-condition as well.
