Phenomenal rain forest location. Great relaxation with steam sauna, pool, hot tubs. Good food and very friendly service.

The grounds are amazing and the Villas are exceptional. Everything was awesome except the Sauna/Steam room was being remodeled and we were not able to use this facility. This is one our favorite areas of the Borinquen. Hopefully this will be ready soon!

Very nice stay and atmosphere. The sceneries are amazing. The pool is beautiful and hot springs relaxing. The food is very good. We recommend.

Amazing place right in the middle of a rainforest with wildlife right at the door. Hot springs, big rooms, great spa and good food. My kids enjoyed the welcome tropical drinks. There is a minivan with a driver that drives you around. Very comfy beds.

The Spa, the treatments, the cabin, the bed, the pillow, and the layout, the huge trees, the pool, the food (bigger portions would have been nice), the staff were friendly. The excursions. The horse riding to the waterfall.

The small hiking trail around the hotel was very nice. Really beautifully laid out. The hot springs, bubbling mud and hot steam were also impressive. It makes you realize that you are very close to the volcano or gives you the feeling of being on the volcano. The complex and the little houses are very beautiful and well maintained. Yes it's a really nice hotel with a great pool and spa facility.
