We have used this hotel many times, it’s usually fine and prices via Booking have always been good before, but unfortunately this seems to have changed a bit. The breakfast is very good.

The location of the hotel was excellent and it had a nice ambience. Breakfast was very nice, though it was sometimes hard to find a table -- it was a very busy time of year. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the wellness and fitness facilities.

The location is very good. Close to the Tram and Bus stop that takes you to Bedrichov. Only a few minutes to the old town square and restaurants.

The hotel is a wonderful historic building- grand and lavish. The staff are brilliant- they are extremely professional. The rooms are very comfortable - beds and large bath. Note- you need to ask for a kettle if you like to make tea, but the staff were very helpful.and happy to provide one. The breakfast was exceptionally good- frankfurts, bacon, mushrooms, pickled fish Pancakes, croissants and the most delicious porridge. Lots of tasty fresh fruit and vegetables too. Honestly excellent breakfast, and the room is very impressive as well. Only thing to watch out for is that the room gets very busy on weekends. I recommend getting there early if you prefer it to be quiet.

The room was very comfortable, and the location is great. There is also a modest but nice gym. I also liked that the hotel has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect location - close to the city, no car needed so we could let it there. Breakfast was good although at least half of it was only warmed up.

We’ve known it for many years and have seen it from almost post communist to it’s very different modern state. We have had a small suite for the past few years which has been very good. We arrived this year when the temperature was high 30s and discovered the area where most of the suites are situated has no AC. The hotel immediately offered to transfer us - to the biggest suite I have ever seen, and for which we were very grateful

Good location, close to Old Town. Staff was very friendly and checked in me 1 hour earlier as my room was already ready. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, there were not a lot of options, but everything was tasty, except juice diluted with water... Good sound proof, except doors into neighbour's room. Old and beautiful building outside and inside.
