The location of the property is close to the beach, village shop and Tavernas. It is really a nice accommodation. Feeling really homie like. Absolutely love it.

Katerina is a very nice host, she was very kind, attentive and welcoming to me. The room is a bit on a retro side, which was fine for me, the bed was comfy. The location is very good, only a few minutes walk to the beach, there is a must visit taverna near by for dinner, if you walk a bit further there is an amazing coffee shop for your breakfasts - the best cappuccino and baklava in Corfu during my trip. There is a parking space near the hotel.

It is relatively close to the beach, kitchen had everything we needed. The place has a ‚family business vibe’. I liked that the supermarket was close by. It was very clean. The bathroom was very comfortable. I would stay again, although usually I pick places with a sea view. The garden view literally means ‚the garden’ which is about 15 mins wide and has a fence.

The hosts, Mrs. Ekaterina and her son Spiros, are very nice and welcoming! We stayed at Villa Katerina during 10-20 August. The hotel is close to the main beach Lipades. It is also 15 min away from Rovinia beach (through the forest), which si the most beautiful beach in the region. There is a supermarket with all you need near the hotel. We booked a family room, which is larger and more comfortable than standard double. Also this room was recently refurbished and renewed. Overall there ar maximum 10 rooms, so the hotel is not crowded with tourists. Rooms a clean and well equipped with everything needed, included kitchen (kettle, sanvish maker, etc.) Towels are changed and room is cleaned every 3 days. Washing machine is shared and can be used in the laundry room on the first floor. Shower gel, soap - better to have your own, offered in small quantities in first day. The yard and view is very nice, especially the view from balcony where we dined and had coffee! We recommend this hotel!

The host was the best we ever met. Cleaning was done every other day and the room we had looked exactly like in the picture. We felt really well staying there.

Parking on the site, room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen, a stove with all cooking materials and close to Rovinia Beach, which was the best beach we had been to.

The location of Katerina's Apartments is incredible - it's a 5 minute walk from stunning beaches, a 10 minute walk from the local town filled with authentic tavernas, and is surrounded by beautiful mountains with luscious green wildlife. The room itself has comfortable beds, a useful small kitchenette and a nice balcony where we loved to eat breakfast and admiring the gorgeous view. Katerina herself is a lovely woman and we felt so welcomed, she even gave us a lift out of her way on a particularly hot day to a restaurant as we didn't have a car. For the price, you really could not ask for anything more. Thank you for having us!
