Great value for money! Very quiet area and lovely balcony space. Decent kitchen as well if you need to cook Bit of a walk down to the main beaches in the Liapades - if you are of reasonable fitness and ability shouldn’t be a problem though. Very close to the main grocery stores, restaurants and the Green Bus Stop which gets you to and from most places in Corfu.

-You need to be prepared for many things - it’s always hot 34-36, but the water is a little cold - it’s better to jump in quickly. There are small and large stones on the beach - only underwater shoes are suitable - otherwise it will be very painful. In principle, Greece is a pain that awaits you everywhere - sharp plants and branches, hitting your chest or head with a branch growing right in front of the path, blisters in your shoes (always change your shoes to socks + comfortable sneakers). Slippery tiles in the bathroom are generally dangerous. Always be under an umbrella + strong cream - a couple of days without one or the other and there may be blisters, we checked it ourselves on our last trip. Next, the most important thing is the huge differences in elevation - if you are not by car, be prepared (parking is paid). After such a rest, we ourselves needed rest. Even hotels that are close to the beaches (take only those with a view and as close as possible to the beach but without loud sounds from bars). Next are the prices for food - a piece of cheese, ham, a few fruits, butter, eggs - all for 5 euros and more. Restaurants from 25 and more often from 45 for two at a time - it comes out more expensive than a hotel. There is not much food, everything is the same as everywhere else, look for a place where they cook on coals, don’t even look for seafood. Don't expect to walk - it's a big and difficult task, especially to distant restaurants. We took monitoring tickets for 2 months for 275, the hotel was 417, the food was 75 - 2 restaurants (choose those with a view, don’t expect food) and 250 groceries (don’t walk to the store in the north) Lots of sweets, we even grabbed some good meat . We had all the dishes except ice trays, we bought salt, sugar, tea, etc. You also need mosquito repellent squares and be prepared for large insects (we had a huge grasshopper).

The position it’s a little bit isolated from the main parts of the island (but there is a bus connecting Liapades to Corfù town in 40min). In liapades and surrounding areas you can enjoy the best beaches and nice landscapes! The building is a little old but has everything needed. The landlord and his coworker are kind and even ready to tide up your room.

Well located accommodation. As it is located at the bottom of the mountain village of Liapades, it is an easy 15-20 minute walk to the beach and the village. The bus stop is also really close, with this bus line you can reach Corfu Town easily. Our room had a reasonably well equipped kitchen (except for the lack of a coffee machine) to cook a simple meal, air conditioning and two terraces. A big advantage of this accommodation is that it is one of the cheapest in Corfu.

Spotlessly clean, facilities were on the basic side, but everything worked well. Great Air-con unit. Would recommend.

Great location: It's outside of the main Liapades village. Less than 2mins walk to the bus stop (& steak house) on flat ground. 15-20mins to Liapades Beach. 10mins to the supermarket and a few of the other restaurants). Room had nice views & a lovely balcony. Room has cooking facilities, which is also handy!

My room had an excellent view across the valley, it was conveniently located close to the main bus stop and the host recommended a very pleasant friendly local restaurant for dinner. It was well equipped and the balcony was large and I could enjoy a coffee on it. It was easy for me to find the apartment and the apartment was spacious and comfortable
