So much!: the staff was very friendly and helpfull, lovely and humble facilities, great and simple breakfast, the best view from the restaurant, location is 5* specially if you enjoy rest/quiet/nature, access to different types of public transport from Lezzeno (bus & ferry), lovely nature hike to get to the accomodation, etc

The location was absolutely idyllic, the views were stunning and so peaceful. Hosts were great, friendly & helpful with shuttling us to and from the bus stop. Breakfast was basic but plenty, lovely to sit and look out over the lake while eating.

The building and views are beautiful and staff fantastic. Location is remote and a special adventure to find.

The view from the hotel is great, room is big and has a balcony. The staff is polite, Federico met us and helped with bags during check-in and check-out. The hotel is located high up, and you need to walk through the forest and a mountain road to get to it. Without bags, the road from the hotel to the bus stop took about 20 minutes on foot, but we enjoyed walking. Another plus is the delicious chocolate pie for breakfast

If you are looking for incredible views over Lago di Como and don't mind being in the middle of nowhere then this is your place. The breakfast was good and the staff were generous and welcoming. The room was very spacious and the views from the balcony were amaizing.

The view from our room was amazing !! Staff were also very friendship and helpful, they helped us park our car in the village and picked us (and luggage) to take us to the hotel.

The hotel was great, but be prepared for a steep walk to and from the village although the host would bring you too and from the village by car then a short walk through a woodland. Fantastic views and good food
