We arrived late in the evening, but that wasn’t a problem for the hotel. We were warmly welcomed, given information about the hotel, and escorted to our room! The room was very clean, beautiful, and conveniently located (we used the elevator to the second floor all the time). Room cleaning was every other day, and each time we came back, it felt like we were stepping into a brand new room! We had delicious breakfasts! There was always a variety of food, and there was plenty of it. Most importantly, the food was fresh and of very high quality! Every day, there was one waiter at breakfast, a very pleasant young man, who always made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel's cuisine is excellent overall. We had dinner at the restaurant several times and ate pizza almost every day! The food here deserves a 10+! The staff at this hotel is the best!!! I've never encountered such a great team where everyone is friendly, and their main goal is to make guests feel as comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Kleon!!! He’s an amazing guy who did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay! Any request or question we had was handled by Kleon 100%! We didn’t want to leave, and we will definitely come back!!! Albania is a wonderful country that is rapidly developing, and it's being shaped by amazing people like those we met at Nuevo Deluxe. Because of these people, we will definitely return to Albania and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Nuevo Deluxe, and especially Kleon — you are the best! See you again soon!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, beautiful rooms and great pizza. We especially appreciated our rooms for us and our two kids were adjoining so it felt spacious.

Everything was wonderful. I am so surprised about everything, starting from staff and ending at the pool. The staff was always smiling and helpful for anything, they make our vacation they make our holidays very relaxing and comfortable!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone to visit ,it is very familiar and peaceful

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. They speak English. The rest of the staff does not speak a foreign language and it is very difficult to communicate. Room which we booked was very cozy, a lot of space and nice view. Breakfast was fine.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, you have the city near and you can go everywhere . The pool was very clean and we were always watched by security in cases we need help. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at his best . For the food i dont have nothing to complain cause they were delicious especially pizza,the best ones 🤤Honestly everything was fantastic. Excellent hospitality. The owners were so friendly and helpful! From the time we arrived until the day we had to leave we felt completely taken care of and safe with the management and facilities. Many thanks for making our trip wonderful and a positive memory to cherish.

We liked the feeling of being home .The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they tried to make our stay very comfortable .The food was mainly italian and Mediterranean especially the pizzas were so delicious the best ones in town .It’s such a clean and well kept place ,the hotel room was spacious and very clean .The pool was fun for every age .I would recommend to everyone to spend their holidays here if they want to have relaxing stay.
