Alpine Classic Hotel is situated in the heart of the village of Leysin, a 2-minute walk from the public shuttle bus stop, a 10-minute walk from the Versmont train station and 300 metres from the ski lifts and cable cars. It features a restaurant and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel staffs were really very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good quality food, ham cheese, bread and caffee were all surprising good. Wonderful location.

The kids liked the bunk beds and the breakfast was a plentiful with varied traditional Swiss bread types.

Get the half board option when you book as the dinner buffet is good value. For us that night we had roast beef with potato wedges, peas and corn, creamed vegetables and peppercorn gravy, plus a Raclette Station, salads and desserts. Service is excellent at reception and in the restaurant, very friendly. The hotel is 3 stars which is appropriate. Furnishing is pretty dated (it is „Classic“ from the 1970s) television is very small but fine for the room which is also not large. We had a 5 bedded room even though we booked for 4 people. Room looked clean!

This trip was excellent. Every staff member from the customer service, front of the house, back of the house, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff were above reproach and conducted their respective duties with excellence. Bruno made our stay perfect from the start. All our questions were answered on short notice. Bruno made my wife's birthday a surprise stay. 😮 The meals, breakfast, and suppers were delicious. We had a perfect stay
