Everything was great. The food and swimming pool made the stay perfect. We went for a spa access and breakfast. We wish we went for half board.

Location is right at the start of the main town in Levi, and the major buses/pick up/transfers stops there. Caught the Aurora right from the hotel room.

Rooms were great, had everything we needed. The dryers were so useful - great addition. The kids area was amazing but we didn't get a chance to use it as much as we would have wanted.

I thought the location of the property was excellent. The facilities in the hotel including the restaurants were great. Breakfast was top notch.

The pools are exactly like described we were amazed by the jacuzzi outside with the snowy scenery as view it was wonderful and so worth it

Perfect location in the town. Really helpful staff. Rooms in the cabins are spacious and the balconies are a lovely bonus (see photo). Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean and warm. Huge dryers in the bathrooms for wet clothes!

The room have a big space. The hotel's location is walking distance to the supermarket and tourist center. My room is easy access to the spa, the breakfast is great too, have many choices. They provided microwave in entrance of each floor with cutlery which is good.
