Significant benefit is the parking in the grounds. Apt was quite spacious, we didn’t feel the need to use the outside deck, it was lovely to chill inside (and there were 7 of us). You can pay extra for another car if they have space at the time, which was also very helpful. Remember to pack soap, shampoo and conditioner I found a lot of apts didn’t provide these items, through Italy. Host was very helpful and charming to deal with. If heading to Cinque Terre, we spent first afternoon and headed to northern town, Monterosso for lunch, trained it to Vernazza (we didn’t do the 2hr walk). The next day was more relaxed, trained to Riomaggiore (bought a ticket that morning at the train station 10E, to do the walk, it was lovely, you have to book in a time before heading there on the train). Manarola, Corniglia were equally lovely. Trained it back to Riomaggiore had a quick swim (around where the beach is, near the boat ramp, so happy we did), then took the ferry all the way back to Levento as I love seeing landscapes from the water. Train coast 48E for the 2 days, plus 10E Riomaggiore walk plus 20E for the ferry. Not the most economical way to do it but there was no stress. Apt was located about 10mins walk from the train station, very easy and it was set back just from the beach where we spent 2 nights enjoying the hospitality of Levento. A beautiful little seaside town, so glad we stayed at this apt. Safe travels.

The apartment is really spacious, clean, easy parking even for our big car, the location, the fantastic terrace, the kitchen is well equipped, the communication with Debora. It had everything we needed it so we just enjoyed our holiday. We do recommend it!

Fantastic welcome by Debora, who was waiting for us when we arrived and made check-in very easy. Then she took us to the nearby shop and recommended some restaurants. This was a great help as the shop was closing shortly after we arrived, and we wouldn't have made it without her help. Everything is so clean and well organised in the apartment. We were a group of 4 friends and wanted our own rooms. 3 bedrooms are very big and 2 have double beds and one has 2 single beds. The 4th room is smaller with a single bed. It is adequate, and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are big, and the showers are very modern with a constant supply of hot water. There was still lots of hot water after four of us showered. The kitchen is modern, well equipped, and extremely clean. All appliances were provided. There was a great drying area for clothes. We really enjoyed the verandah and the terrace. The lounge is comfortable with two large settees. Very cosy. The common areas are very spacious, and the apartment has a spacious feel. We were able to get fresh bread and fruit every morning at the local shop, just mi utes away. The railway station is just a 15-minute walk away. Communication with Alessandria was excellent and all my queries were answered very quickly. This is a fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend it.
