If guest cannot give those documents to property, reservation can be cancelled and access to the rooms will be refused.Please note that car parking is available upon request in additional fees of 20 € per day. We enjoyed the stay during Olympic games and appreciate we could park our car in garage nearby. Metro is in walking distance as so as several shops and restaurant. The appartment is suffucient for 2 persons and equiped with all you need for 4 nights. Lift and aircondition available. Hope we will be back again !

Everything! Location is top! Very easy to walk to L’Arc and city center. Very clean and beautiful apartment with all necessities. I also got help with things I needed help with very easy.

Easy check-in, had multiple amenities (hairdryer, iron, all kitchen utensils, cups, small coffee machine, sandwich maker, etc.), great bathroom and balcony, comfortable and cozy bed.

We came on the hottest week of 2024 (37c) and I am very satisfied with our clean room it has a modern AC unit, small toilet/bathroom but not a problem for a standard studio apartment in Europe, it has a good supply of water warm and cold. Lift is only for 2 person without bag. Sadly when checking out, I remember I left my newly purchased lipstick inside the fridge in the room my fault we drop the key card in the box already. We are very satisfied. thank you we had a pleasant stay.

Unlike any hotel, more of a block of apartments. Value for money was unreal, bed was comfy, whole apartment was clean, kitchen had every appliance you will need during your stay and the location was awesome, not too far out of the city centre and all tourist hotspots. Also some amazing restaurants/bistros nearby.
