Excellent location. Large roomy apartment with good facilities & comfy beds. We were driving down to Leuven from Calais & had informed the staff in advance that we would need a late check-in,which wasn’t a problem. Very friendly greeting on arrival. Car parking available in the basement for a fee - very handy!

It was a very pleasant complex, very clean and well designed. The bed was pretty OK, and the shower was great. Reception and other staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I like the location, the size of the room, the kitchen infrastructure. Everything you need is present. Do not expect to be able to cook, but the kitchen is sufficient for morning and evening meals. Bring your own coffee machine :-)

Perfect location close to the city center. There is a wonderful bar on the opposite side of the street. Despite the small inconvenience, it's been a good choice. The room was warm and clean.

The apartments must have been super good at the beginning, but they're very visibly lacking maintenance. The walls need painting, the furniture is worn out, and it generally gives an impression of slight decay. It's a pity cause the apartments are really good in all means -location, distribution, decoration-. With just a minimum investment, they could really be outstanding. The cleaning has to be improved as well, cause it doesn't really meet the standard for a business like this. Kitchen equipment is a little short.
