The fine print
PAYMENT POLICY:
- Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date.
- Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.
- Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe.
- Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.DISCLAIMER:

So close to all the hikes and the most comfortable 'visiting nanna' vibes with all the original furnishings of the home. The warm sun sitting out in the front garden with birds visiting and the best part after the weather turned cool was to slip into heated beds

Quite and peaceful location but very close to everything we wanted to see, house was extremely comfortable, it was like a home away from home if we come to th we Blue Mountains again we will definitely consider this one.

It was very spacious and contained everything that you needed it felt like a home away from home. It’s very central to everywhere you want to go. I requested some things and they were all very nicely accommodated.
