The indelible friendliness of every member of the staff, the lovely warm atmosphere, joy of being immersed in customer care once again. The bedrooms were cosy and comfortable as were the facilities overall . We had a very enjoyable stay.

The location was excellent. A short walk from the main bus station, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very helpful with any questions, and changed my room when there was a problem with the heating. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous, and lots to choose from.
