Pleasant and helpful staff. Very convenient to An Grianan Theatre. They left a little Box of chocolates for one of our group who celebrated her birthday.

All good but for "Mugs" not available for breakfast YET all bedrooms have them, as tea cup's not easy for everyone due to the small handles.

Hotel is great location for concert in An Grianan. Underground car park. Room was spacious with everything you need for the stay. Staff were lovely and friendly. We had food in the bar/bistro, which was ideal and a good choice on menu.

The situation of the hotel was superb. Room was lovely as was the hotel ambience. Think it has been revamped recently.

Location was fine. Staff were lovely,especially reception staff,really helpful, and pleasant. Evening meal was lovely,again lovely staff. Everything was perfect,we definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel was in a great location. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful in the dining room and reception. I needed an iron and housekeeping brought that really quickly.
